My name is Kailin Little and I am from Farmville, Virginia. I have been studying and practicing art from an early age. I recently graduated from Christopher Newport University with a Masters of Art and Teaching program. I am currently a middle school art teacher in Northern Virginia. I received a bachelor’s in Studio Art with a concentration in graphic design from CNU. I have always had a passion for children and art and I look forward to a career in art education.

I developed a love for embroidery in 2019, during my senior year art class. Shortly after high school graduation, I created Little Knots & Threads. Little Knots & Threads began with me selling embroidery pieces that I created in high school and expanded to selling commission pieces. Over the years, I have completed countless commissions which include portraitures, nature, abstractions, tote bags, and more. I am very excited to share my passion for art, teaching, and embroidery with the community. Thank you to everyone who has supported my small business thus far. I can't wait to see what the future holds for Little Knots & Threads!!
